Keep Rolling While It’s Snowing! 

Whether you are new to cycling in winter or have been cycling for years, come and join this workshop to learn how to cycle year round with confidence and comfort.

This workshop will be covering hot topics such as:

  • Basic winter bike maintenance
  • Winter cycling techniques
  • Route planning

Come get your GROOVE on.

  • Winter Session runs on Fridays from 7:30–8:30 pm beginning February 1.
  • No class on March 1 (Teacher's Convention), March 29 (Spring Break), or April 19 (Good Friday)
  • Age 10+
  • $60/person/session (12 classes total)
  • Registration will be on the first night. Please bring along your community league membership card.
  • Community League memberships will also be available on the first night if you don't have one.
  • Indoor runners required

What is Zumba?

  • A dance fitness program choreographed to a mix of upbeat music.
  • Suitable for all fitness levels and modifiable for various physical abilities. 
  • Great to release stress and make new friends!
