Whyte Avenue, is a diverse space that attracts all kinds of people from coffee drinkers and people watchers, theater goers and music lovers, window shoppers and art creators, entertainers and entertainment seekers, and many more.

The Historic Urban Landscape public forum wants to hear from you about what you love and what you value about Whyte.

Keynote Speaker - Dr. Ron van Oers - Vice Director of WHITRAP-Shanghai

Ron van Oers received his PhD from Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands).  He is currently Vice Director of the World Heritage Institute of Training and Research for Asia and the Pacific (WHITRAP) in Shanghai and is the implementation coordinator for UNESCOs Recommendation on the Historic Urban Landscape.

Ron van Oers will present on the application of the Historic Urban Landscape showing examples of its success in cities across the world.
