QA All-Ages Game Night

Join us at Queen Alexandra Community League for an evening of fun & games!

All-ages welcome!!

Last Friday of every month based on interest

If you’d like, bring a favorite game or deck of cards. We’ll pull out the table tennis and dart boards. Once you arrive, find a game you’d like to play and a few people who are interested in joining you, and start having fun! The QACL will provide some non-alcoholic drinks, snacks will be potluck style.

2016 OUTDOOR SOCCER REGISTRATION

OUTDOOR SOCCER REGISTRATION

On-line outdoor soccer registration will be available from February 1st – February 29th, 2016.   Please visit www.emsasouthwest.com and follow the links for outdoor registration.  If you already have a household created, please log back in and register your children for outdoor. The communities will be offering online payment again. You can also pay by cash or cheque at your community payment session. If you use on the online payment, you will still be required to attend your community payment session.

Open House: Rollie Miles Athletic Field District Park Master Plan

The Rollie Miles Athletic Field Master Plan Project would like to hear from you!


In 2013 and 2014, the City of Edmonton began to collect information from the community and primary users to understand more about the recreational activities that were important in this park. This fall, we want to share with you what we have learned in a presentation that will start at 7 p.m. We would also like to hear from you on the future renewal of Rollie Miles District Park.

Downtown Bike Route Public Meetings

Get Involved.

The City of Edmonton invites citizens to attend public workshops to discuss the route options for the Downtown Bike Routes. We invite you to choose either night.

Each evening will begin with some fun bike-themed activities followed by the formal workshop program at 6:30pm. Project staff will present several route location options and discuss advantages and challenges for each. This is an opportunity for the public to learn more about the project and to help chose the location for each bike route.

106 Street Winter Bike Route Study Participants needed

From the Edmonton Bicycle Commuters' Society:

The City is implementing a winter bike route maintenance pilot project for 106 Street between 29 Avenue and Saskatchewan Drive effective immediately.

The goal of the pilot project is to maintain a one metre wide bike lane along this route for the duration of the winter.

Scona Pool is having a Swim for Hunger, food drive from September 21 to 24. Please bring a food donation to fill up the swim deck with food.
